Each of Miskawaan's villas is unique in design and has something that makes it stand out from the rest. But all villas share an exceptional style and quality. The high standard of furnishings, privacy and optimum use of the outdoor spaces are all factors guaranteed at Miskawaan; not to mention an idyllic beachfront location with all year round swimming and a panoramic view across the Gulf of Thailand.
Villa Hibiscus is located at the end of the Miskawaan Estate and although none of the villas infringe on each other this offers the most privacy. Its layout also differs considerably from the others in that the pavilions are linked by planted and covered terraces with the pool and sizeable garden situated at the far right of the property. The grounds of this villa are also slightly more elevated from this villa's 37m of beach frontage beach and therefore it offers even more seclusion.
The four-bedroom villa is approached via imposing, almost medieval gates that open on to a stone courtyard leading to a landscaped garden area. To the left is the L-shaped swimming pool flanked by the central pavilion, which contains a fully fitted kitchen along with living and dining areas that overlook the pool. On the opposite side of the property are two pavilions next to each other, one with two bedrooms and the other with a third bedroom and the master suite, the latter commanding stunning ocean views. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Both pool and ocean views can be enjoyed from the outdoor sala.

Payment Policies
To secure the booking, a partial payment of 30% of the quote, is due within 5 days of guest confirmation of intention to book
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of $1,500.00] must be fully settled: 60 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 1 day of guest confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation but if you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival we will issue a credit note for the same villa valid for 9 months. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival all funds paid will be forfeited and a partial or full refund will only be made if we some or all of the dates are rebooked.
If you cancel a stay in the Xmas/NY Season all funds are forfeited unless we can rebook some or all of the dates if so a full or partial refund will be offered.
