The central, open-sided living room is furnished with deep and comfortable built-in sofas, and a dining area, facing the spectacular sea view across the pool. The large L-shaped swimming pool includes infinity-edges on 2 faces, and is tiled in aquamarine Balinese stone, with submerged steps and a long sunken bench for soaking up the views.

 

The living area is separated from the pool by a sand-wash deck, and is fitted with an array of ceiling fans, dimmer-controlled lighting, and built-in sound system. At the rear of the living room is a fully-equipped kitchen, with a large serving hatch to the dining area. A sound-proofed and air-conditioned cinema room is also located off the rear of the living room, with a picture window onto the sea view, and a pull-down projection screen that plays both DVDs and satellite TV. The cinema is furnished with deep, sumptuous built-in sofas, and includes a large desk and computer system. Complimentary broadband WiFi internet connection is provided throughout the property.

 

Stairs lead up from the rear of the living room, and down from the far side of the pool to 4 luxurious air-conditioned en-suite double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, all of which have great sea views. Upstairs, the 2 bedrooms open onto a large balcony and deck, facing the reflection pool on the roof of the living room, which blends into the sea view beyond. Downstairs, the 2 further bedrooms are located beyond a lower sun-deck, with double day-beds, and a BBQ. All 4 bedrooms are equivalent in design, with slide-away glass walls, and large bathrooms with walk-in rain showers and twin vanities, separated by glass screens. The 2 upper bedrooms also feature Jacuzzis.
