Each of the Plantation Villas has a private walled compound of 800 sqm containing lush tropical gardens, a private 40 sqm swimming pool and the Villa's three separate living pavilions.

The first pavilion houses a large living and dining area incorporating a distinct fully equipped fitted kitchen complete with breakfast bar. The living and dining areas have high ceilings with fans and full length sliding glass doors opening out onto substantial veranda areas offering both indoor and outdoor dining.

The second pavilion houses the master bedroom complete with large indoor/outdoor bathroom and the third pavilion houses two more double bedrooms, one with twin beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and furnished to a high standard and feature full length sliding glass doors opening out onto private verandas looking over the villa's pool and landscaped gardens.

 

The 10 by 4 metre private swimming pool has infinity edges and sandstone sunbathing decks equipped with sun-loungers and umbrella.

Each villa also features a large grass roofed sala pavilion providing a peaceful relaxing environment.

The villas are Balinese influenced, featuring a lot of natural wood, terracotta tiles and shaded and open spaces. Each villa has its own Balinese style entrance way and a separate carport entrance provides ample parking space for two large vehicles.

Multi-channel satellite TV, DVD/CD players, WIFI broadband internet connection is available in each Villa. Samui Summit Estate provides daily maid service and can, on request, provide private catering, massage services and other services for guests.

The Samui Summit Estate management office is close to the Plantation Villas and the Estate will shortly feature a private full size tennis court and changing room.
