The upper level is a 340m2 living area with an 8 person bar, full kitchen and dining facilities, audio-visual centre and high speed internet connection. Wide decking wraps around the entire building. A private chef is on standby, or you can choose to head into town to sample some of the local delights.

Rice House
Unique 3 level Bali Style Rice Barn Villa
The Rice House is a separate, private, two bedroom villa fashioned after the tradtional Balinese rice barn. The Rice House consists of three floors and is a premier Koh Samui Villa Rental. The lowest level is a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The center level is the living area with a 3 meter balcony, spiral staircase leading to the upper bedroom and bi-fold doors leading to the outdoor pool, bathroom and BBQ.
